A Pre-Bid Conference and site visitation will be conducted at the Project Site on April 21, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will convene at the main entry to the West Valley Junior High. The conference will include a question/answer period followed by a tour of the site. All General Contractors and all subcontractors who will provide bids are strongly encouraged to attend. Due to the current situation with the Coronavirus we will be adhering to the social distancing requirements, so when you arrive please maintain a 6-foot distance from other attendees. For the tour attendees will be let into the building in small groups to maintain proper social distancing.
